Electronic signature is equal to autographic signature
CT from its own begining equivalents electronic signature with the signature made with
the signature made with its own hand. Before using services of CT, members have to
agree with current terms of use, and with that. They are bound by on-line agreement
to carry out commitments if brought by using on-line services of CargoNet or TransNet.

Contracts for using services under credit method of payment
Contracts are not necessaryto sign at CT, if you wish to use services under the
prepaymentmethod of payment. They are necessary to be signed only in case You
wish to use services under the credit method of payment. We will send the invoices after
the period of 3 month is over.
